Winter Lodge

Speeding Ticket
YESTERDAY:

- lawyer finally went to court for my speeding ticket from a year ago!
- unfortunately he lost the case
- have to pay a fine
- also take online traffic school course

- got to lunch 10 mins before they closed
- noodles were stuck together :(

- not sure it goes well with Irish music though

- took 3 hours to cook a few lbs of short ribs
- made bunch of gailan for some fiber
- also noodles, dumplings, shrimp, and steamed two of those scallops with vermicelli
- Jackie has to learn a bachata choreo in 2 days for Google
