• caught up with Kofi
• head to workout with Taylor
  • haven’t done a leg press in a while
  • machine is a bit terrifying though
• head home
• Jackie went climbing with Louisa
• made my beef stew
• some soup and dumplings for dinner
• caught up with Michael

TODAY:

• head to work
  • no traffic at all
• pho for lunch!
• head to Nova Dance Fest
  • watched our friend’s performances
  • lots of social dancing
• got to sleep by 3 am ish
