• took my dad to hospital in morning

  • waited a 1.5 hours before he went in for procedure!
  • bit of work in waiting room
• everything went smoothly
  • awaiting results from a test …
• head to work
• busy day :(

• head to workout in evening
  • lady spilled water on the floor outside afterwards
  • helped her clean up

• head to ranch 99
  • got ingredients for dumplings
• made a massive dinner
  • finished 8 wings
  • finished 4 pieces of short ribs from Monday
  • few dumplings
