Light Bulbs

YESTERDAY:

• laundry in the morning
• drop off Jackie at work to pick up her car from Friday
• head to Lowe’s
  • picked up some lightbulbs for myself and Dad
  • also got some tile cleaner for the bathroom
• took my Dad to Ox9 on Castro St for lunch
  • big chicken plate was delicious
  • noodles congeal if you don’t separate early
• head to Sunjay’s
  • work session
  • his kids are so cute
• got out around 6 pm
  • dinner with Sam and Brian on Castro St
  • malatang next to Ox9
• head to Brian’s
  • brought some grapes for dessert
  • tricky Frosthaven scenario!
  • didn’t expect to lose cards so fast
• reviewed a few college essays

TODAY:

• head to work
  • oddly sneezy today
• pork for lunch
  • not bad
• one nap
• head home
  • dropped off Sunjay on the way
• skipped workout
• made a soup for dinner
• passed out around 10 pm for two hours
• work into the evening

LEARNINGS:

• I think I’m sensitive to grapes!
  • pattern now where I get indigestion from them :(
  • maybe the sugar content is too high
