  • portion control is probably a good thing here …
• head to yoga class
  • golnaz was teaching
  • so much energy required!
  • very sore afterwards
• head home
• caught up with Thorvald
• watched an episode of pluribus
• panda express takeout for dinner!
  • haven’t had orange chicken in ages

TODAY:

• head to work
• busy day!
• herbed chicken with honey pistachio was tasty
• skipped yoga
• head to dance practice
  • productive practice
  • lost straws but it’s ok
• fashion wok for dinner
  • haven’t had a honey walnut prawns in a while
  • caught up with Simren on travels!
• Jackie wrapped all the packages

LEARNINGS:

• so many candied nuts!
