YESTERDAY:

woke up a bit late
saw Auntie Alison on the way out!
lunch at a Malaysian restaurant
drove from LA to San Diego
- bit of traffic on various highways
arrived around 4:30 pm
checked in to hotel
- parking is $18 per day even with discount :(
tech rehearsal
performance
- fun crowd, good energy
- messed up a bit though
head to thai food
- took two folks from salsa team along
- had fun chatting with Lina about chess
back to hotel
- social dancing until 3 am ish

TODAY:

woke up
head to vegan deli
- Gaurav came along
- Luis and Lina spent 2 hours getting a rental car and joined us there
- had my first hamantash dessert!
- too sweet though
head back to hotel
fun workshops
- really liked Sebastian from Dallas
took a nap
helped salsa team with tech rehearsal
head to dinner with team
- olympic cafe was lovely
- Gaurav ordered the last 1/2 chicken deal though*
came back to watch salsa team perform
more naps
- bit of work
social dancing until 4 am
late night snacks with Kat and Vikas
started watching Wild Robot
- cute story
