San Jose Board Games

YESTERDAY:

head to lunch with Amy and Dad
- ended up at Local Cafe
- used to be Venus Cafe in Cupertino
- pretty tasty
dance practice at 1 pm
- worked with Lina and Luis on various fixes
head home to nap
Jackie and I went to a Japanese restaurant for an early dinner!
bit of work
more napping
head out to Aura for a dance social
- picked up Shubham on the way
- surprisingly empty
- Vedant showed up
made a few new friends as things were dying down
ended up at a board game cafe in downtown San Jose
- free entry?
- played Coup!
- almost won a game …
ended up back at Aura and danced at the bar
- lively party
got to sleep around 2 am

TODAY:

head to Starbucks in Palo Alto
- working session with Sunjay
dim sum with Amy at Sifu Wong
- beat the rush handily
head back home
had a sync with Sara
- she needed some encouragement on the healthtech startup
picked up Brian for dinner
- found a Colombian food truck in Sunnyvale
- steak was delicious
- desgranado was novel!
back to Brian’s for board games
- finished a fun scenario
- had an interesting math puzzle
- did it with a some mental math
