YESTERDAY:

• head to work
  • took a call on the way
• katsudon for lunch!
  • very tasty
• one nap
• had a sync with Doug
  • haven’t heard from him in ages
• head to workout
  • lots of glutes
  • also getting pretty warm these days!
• started a new series with Thorvald
  • about some cold war spies?
• wingstop for dinner
  • haven’t had these in a while
  • really need some fiber

TODAY:

• woke up around 7 coughing
  • had some hot water to soothe the throat
• head to work
• very sleepy at work
• helped a friend look through some home sale documents
• productive day though
• pork adobo for lunch
  • very oily
• head to dance practice a bit early
  • did a routine with Meghan
• good practice session
• home eat for dinner with Shubham
• finished a bit of work
• realized that Stanford is no longer part of Google health insurance network
  • doctor probably didn’t realize before sending me the referral

LEARNINGS:

• Google health insurance is kinda messy :(
