Crazy Allergies

YESTERDAY:

head to work
crazy allergies today!
- not sure what triggered it
- maybe pollen?
- bit rainy today though
pork tonkatsu for lunch was delicious
finally gave up in mid-afternoon
- had way too many sneezing fits
- went home early
took a 1.5 hour nap and drank a bunch of water
- seemed to fix things?
head to Google doctor’s appointment
- this doctor basically undid all the prescribed treatments from the other doctor …
- was getting nose bleeds from using Flonase
head home
bit of work
head to dance practice
- worked on old quiereme performance
dinner at home eat
- Jackie got a boiled fish (monthly deal)
- I got a chicken noodle soup
- ended up with leftovers

TODAY:

head to work
didn’t realize it was supposed to rain today
allergies are all gone?
so many meetings
beef gyudon for lunch
- delicious
- tried not to overdo it
- paired with a salad
early workout today at 5 pm
head back to work for meeting with China team
- scheduled a visit in middle of April
head home
shower + nap
take my Dad to airport for his flight to Hong Kong
- he gave me a bunch of carrots to finish
Jackie and I went to a yakitori + Chinese bbq restaurant in San Mateo
- accidentally left my phone on the table!
- didn’t realize until I got home
- my dad’s minivan keys were in my cell phone pocket and the weight was similar
- took an extra 40 min to round-trip back
finished leftover fish at home

apparently my HOA is changing the keys to all common areas
