Disappointing Donkeys

YESTERDAY:

• workout at 11 am
  • biceps and shoulders took a beating
• picked up acai bowl for lunch
  • Jackie didn’t eat anything!
• head to Palo Alto to see the donkey’s birthday
  • flyer said 1:30 to 3:30 pm but there were no donkeys by 2 pm
  • Vedant showed up though
  • had to leave early to head to practice
• productive dance practice
  • fixed a bunch of issues with the snake move
• drop by ballroom connection
• head to pick up a snack for Jackie from Castro St
• Jackie fell asleep
• ended up having pho for dinner
• came back to crochet
  • watched 1.5 Tron movies
  • also finished Amy’s birthday present
• got to sleep around 2 am

TODAY:

• skipped yoga today
• bit of work
• helped Tammie with some estimates
• head to lunch at Tay Ho
  • Christine showed up 30 mins late
  • Kat was even more late
  • still lovely catching up with everybody
• head to Brian’s for board games
  • had to restart the scenario
  • finished it pretty easily though
  • left halfway through to pick up new keys for the condo shared spaces
  • apparently, the board runs an informal email list
• Sam randomly pinged us for dinner
  • head to malatang in downtown Castro St
  • Zachy, Sam, Brian, Jackie, and I
  • walked around afterwards
  • picked up some fun gifts at Therapy
• walked home
• head to a car wash location down the street
  • turns out it’ll rain on Thursday
  • vacuum was super powerful though!
  • only $2 for 3 minutes of suction
• drop off Sunjay’s family at airport

  • apparently a hinny is a male horse bred with a female donkey
  • a mule is the opposite
