A2 Milk

YESTERDAY:

head to Whole Foods
- picked up some A2 milk!
- also some snacks and a tray of sushi to share with Jackie
drank a bottle of A2 milk at 11:15 am
- no stomach effects after 1 hour!
- I did nap for 2 hours though
Jackie headed to San Jose for her volunteer activity
skipped dance practice since folks were busy
cleaned bathroom
helped my Dad with some faucet issues
- also insurance handling
head to dinner in Palo Alto with Brian’s parents
- lovely to see them again after so many years
head to Brian’s for board games
- took a long way back since Brian had to drop off his parents at a hotel
pretty fun scenario
ran a bit late since we started later
had some hami gourd
- tasted like a cantaloupe
also finished some grapes that Jackie took from Google a while ago

TODAY:

somehow my normal wake up alarm got deleted
head to work
- bit late due to traffic
onboarding for new hire
mazesoba for lunch
- super delicious but very heavy
one nap
head to solidcore class
- outer glutes were dying
dropped by Panda Express on the way home
- had to try the new HK brisket
- it was … not that good
- also finished my leftover Safeway chicken from last week
