head to Safeway in Sunnyvale for blood work
- there’s a Quest Diagnostics lab inside
- tiny little corner office with a doctor
- very efficient at extracting my blood though
head home
- quick nap
head to work
busy day
ramen for lunch
- super salty
- also noodles were very chewy

head to HIIT class in Palo Alto
- Golnaz was the instructor and enjoyed giving me a challenge
- got called out for taking it easy on a 2nd rep
head to California Ave for dinner
- live band was pretty good but the crowd was lackluster …
- decided on Bodeguita del Medio
- haven’t been here in ages
- they have a paella now?
- also got some ribs
- super full after finishing everything
head back to shower

- surprisingly awake despite lack of sleep

- new keyboard arrived!
head to dance practice
only Kat, Pawan, Jackie and I
- worked on some styling issues
- not sure where everybody else went …
head to studio m a bit early
- surprisingly empty
- I got to lead for once though
- apparently there was an event up in SF with artists visiting from Spain
pho mai #1 for dinner!
- haven’t been here in a while
- extra large was a LOT of noodles
