New Jeans

YESTERDAY:

  • woke up to do a bit of work
  • Jackie and I went to Westfield to get some new jeans!
  • lunch first at Koja
    • haven’t been here in quite a while
    • used to be a food truck at the AOL building in Palo Alto
  • picked up new jeans
  • interview for a hardware technician applicant
  • drop off some donations at a Goodwill
  • pick up gas from Costco
  • head home for a bit more work
  • Jackie went for a walk to CVS
  • one nap
  • head to dinner at a new Indian restaurant, Lagram!
    • pretty tasty dishes
    • enjoyed the Chicken 65 … much better than Deccan Morsels
    • passed a laptop to Sunjay
    • his motorcycle is so loud
  • head back to Brian’s to play new character
  • turns out the cats that he had over left me a present :(
    • despite Brian’s best vacuuming
    • allergies triggered and breathing got messed up
  • head to Felipe’s Market
    • Brian tipped off that they had boxes of strawberries for $0.69!
    • bought 5 boxes after combing for mold
  • head home

TODAY:

  • woke up a bit early
  • bit of work
  • head to yoga class
    • cumbia and power combo?
    • amazing instructor
    • haven’t done a flying lotus in a while!
    • definitely helped with my breathing
  • head home
  • made a zonzi and two sets of dumplings
    • Jackie had one dumpling and I finished the rest
    • passed out from a food coma immediately afterwards
  • woke up just in time to get to dance practice
    • few minutes late
    • Shubham showed up!
    • good fixes
  • head towards Macu tea
    • realized I shouldn’t have cold drinks with messy breathing
    • dropped by a CVS and Safeway searching for eyedrops for Jackie
  • head to Fuego for social dancing
    • ran into Amenda and Christine there
    • wonderful dance with an instructor level dancer
    • she and her husband are both great leads
  • home eat for dinner with Christine
  • head home
  • passed out from another food coma
  • bit more work

LEARNINGS:

  • still allergic to cats q.q
  • also Koja’s menu is very different than it used to be
