YESTERDAY:

• finished some leftovers instead of going out to eat for lunch
• cleaned up more furniture and items to take back to SF
• ran some errands with Elle
  • drop by Target for some itching cream
  • asked solidcore to manually fix their guest pass system
  • got Jackie a boba
• solidcore class with Elle
  • pretty empty class
  • maybe everybody’s gone for the weekend?
• head back to take a shower and nap
• dinner with Elle’s friend at an authentic Hunan restaurant
  • even with reservation had to wait a bit
  • ended up wandering around a sketchy Chinese warehouse
  • payment in cash or Zelle …
  • super spicy food at restaurant
  • frog meat was very fresh and tasty
• dropped off Dad at home
• head out to social dancing at Steven’s Steakhouse
  • much more crowded than last time
  • several fun dances :D
• got back around 1 am
• finished packing the van by 3 am

TODAY:

• departed LA around 9:30 am
• lunch at Harris BBQ again on the way back
  • pulled pork wasn’t that good
  • half a lb of brisket is just right
• drop off package to May in Saratoga around 4 pm
• dropped off Elle at her apartment
  • elevator wasn’t working?
• arrived at work meeting 10 minutes late
• unpacked
• cleansing acai bowl for dinner
  • Jackie had a salad from Mendecino Farms
• catch up on work and relax
• Thorvald still out of commission :(

LEARNINGS:

• social dancing after Hunan food is very risky
  • luckily the rose oil pills make your breath smell flowery
